Nice catching up...

Had an excellent day today... Met up wif an old pal from CMU, someone whom i think i can quite click wif... ITs darn nice of him to bring me ard NEwcastle, bringing me to a nice place fer lunch and also dinner... We went ard shopping fer soccer jerseys, though i din buy any due to the unsuitability and steep price... We had a long chat at his place, doing nothing much but just talking... Felt really great to have him as my fren, he's a real nice chap to have as a fren... Whenever i hear him talk bt his studies, it never fails to inspire me to really work hard n understand the stuff i'm doing... cos he's those kindaf person who's interested in learning n stuff, not just some other chao keng guy who's out to get a degree n siam... Sry larz, but i kindaf despise those who are just getting a degree fer e sake of getting a degree, without really having any interest in the subject and just trying to get by... Talking to him makes me feel like really taking my work seriously n having a sudden urge to just go back to my studies... But of cos, its always easy to feel inspired... Doing it or remembering it is a totally different thing... Haha...

Think Newcastle is really quite a nice place to be in compared to pitt n even london... I feel tt its like a bukit batok central or wadever, wif a nice city centre where most of the activity i concentrated... N wif food tts not so ex... n several activities to do there... One of them being shopping of cos...

Went to a house party at newcastle at night... It wasnt too bad, had quite a few shots... But heng in e end i was still alright... Wasnt tt drunk n din really say anything inappropiate... but still, i think i drank quite a lot, felt better than i actually thought i'd feel... But anyway, Dunno if i really drunk or not so typing this entry at this unearthly hour of 4 30 am... Hopefully it sounds rather like my old posts... Setting off the Italy soon... Hope i'll haave a great trip!
